- Thursday, March 14, 2024 - 10a-4p: Escrow II - Deeds, Clearing Title, Power of Attorney, Corporations, Estates, Claims
ILTA offers 2 designation tracks, Illinois Title Professional (ITP) and Illinois Escrow Professional (IEP). Each designation has 4 courses that must be taken to earn the certification. In addition, there is an exam that must be taken and a score of 70% or better must be obtained to receive credit for the course.
