Walter Adams is a native of Paris, Illinois. He graduated from Indiana State University in 1982. He graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 1985. He started working for Chicago Title in Illinois in 1986. He has been an examiner, title officer, claims counsel and county office manager. He is currently Regional Counsel covering the States of Illinois, Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota for Fidelity National Title Group. Mr. Adams is a past president of the Illinois Land Title Association.
