IDEA Committee
The IDEA Committee is dedicated to fostering a culture of openness, inclusivity, and belonging within the Illinois' title insurance industry. By educating members on the value of inclusivity and encouraging the recruitment and advancement off diverse talent, the committee works to strengthen both the Illinois Land Title Association and the broader industry. Through these efforts, the IDEA Committee helps ensure that ILTA remains a welcoming and forward-thinking organization for all members.

The Illinois Land Title Association is made stronger by the many backgrounds, cultures, and traditions represented across our membership. This season, the IDEA committee is delighted to share an assortment of holiday dishes that reflect those varied heritages.
Food is one of the most meaningful ways we pass down stories, of family, community, faith and celebration.
