Title Counsel Committee

The Title Counsel Committee serves as a resource for ILTA members on matters related to real estate titles and transactions.  By fostering the exchange of expertise and information, the committee provides guidance on complex issues and shares publications relevant to  members, the broader real estate community, and the public.  In addition, the committee reviews and makes recommendations to the Board on amicus requests, ensuring that ILTA's voice is thoughtfully represented in matters of legal significance.
