ILTA History
The Illinois Land Title Association (ILTA) was founded in 1907. Member companies include:
- Title Agents
- Abstractors
- Title Insurance Underwriters
- Companies providing services to the title industry
The ILTA is a statewide organization focused on advocating for our membership, providing professional-level education, and promoting networking opportunities for our members. These activities expand the ILTA member standing with the community of the real estate market while at the same time, protecting the consumer in what is often the single most important purchase they will make.
