- Wednesday, November 18, 2026 - 10a-4p: Title 4 - Court Matters Affecting Real Property
- Thursday, November 19, 2026 - 10a-4p: Escrow 4 - Commercial Transactions
There is a week between courses this year due to the Veteran's Day holiday.
ILTA offers 2 designation tracks, Illinois Title Professional (ITP) and Illinois Escrow Professional (IEP). Each designation has 4 courses that must be taken to earn the certification. In addition, there is an exam that must be taken and a score of 70% or better must be obtained to receive credit for the course.
