Legal descriptions can be intimidating, but understanding how they are constructed is an essential skill for title professionals.
Join Dick Bales for a four-part, hands-on workshop designed to build practical skills progressively, from basic land measurement and the Rectangular Survey System to “of” descriptions, bearings, metes-and-bounds descriptions and advanced deflection angles.
Participants will work through real-world examples and drawing exercises using a triangular engineer’s scale and Pronto Land Measure Compass. Each class builds upon the material presented during the previous session, so registration includes the complete four-part series.
